Isaiah 53:9

9 And they made his grave with the wicked
    and with a rich man in his death,
although he had done no violence,
    and there was no deceit in his mouth.

Talk about it:

Isaiah said that Jesus was buried with sinners even though he was not violent and never lied. Why was it important for Jesus to never sin? (If Jesus had sinned, he would deserve to be punished himself, so he couldn’t die for us, and he couldn’t give us the gift of his perfect life. But because Jesus was God, he was able to say no to every temptation and never sin.)
