Philippians 2:6-7

6 who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, 7 but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.

Talk about it:

Why do you think God had His Son born in a stable rather than a palace? (Luke tells us because there was no room in the inn. That is true, however there is a deeper meaning - It helps us see His humility.)
